通过环氧树脂改性聚乙烯醇,使其耐水性得到提高.用正交实验法研究原料配比、改性温度、改性时间对改性结果的影响.以溶剂萃取法对其耐水性进行测试,确定最佳改性条件.研究结果表明:聚乙烯醇质量浓度为8%、环氧树脂加入量2.4%(质量分数,按聚乙烯醇溶液质量计)、改性时间2h、改性温度60℃可得到耐水性优良的改性聚乙烯醇。
The water-resistance of PVA was improved by epoxide resin. The effects of ratio of the reac tants, reaction temperature and time on modified results were investigated. Optimal conditions were determined by water-resistance test. The results showed the optimal water-resistance sample could be obtained when 8 % PVA reacted with 2.4 % EP(mass percent, based on PVA Sol), under the conditins of 2h, 60℃.
