Based on the domestic and foreign research status,according to the special problems in the knowledge management background which the high technology enterprise of intellectual property protection facing to,constructs the high technology enterprise＇s intellectual property protection system based on risk management process,analyzes its composition subsystems function and the relationship between subsystems,in-depth studies the operation principle and system of internal co-evolution mechanism between subsystems of high technology enterprise intellectual property protection system,high technology enterprise intellectual property protection system of internal system in collaborative mechanism acts on the knowledge sharing associated enterprises through the coordination and cooperation subsystem.With communication and cooperation between enterprises make every protection subsystem being interdependent and mutually influential,coupling interactive form synergy under the action of co-evolution mechanism makes the system realize the transition from disorder to order.
