为了有效测度和探索中国航空航天制造业的自主创新效率及其模式,以我国21个地区1995-2010年期间航空航天制造业的产业自主创新活动为研究对象,通过运用三阶段DEA-Windows模型对我国各地区航空航天制造业的产业自主创新效率进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:通过剔除环境变量和随机扰动因素的影响可以更准确地测度产业自主创新效率;从结构特征的聚类分析结果来看,我国航空航天制造业产业自主创新效率存在4种模式;从收敛性分析结果来看,各地区航空航天制造业的产业自主创新效率σ收敛。
To effectively measure and explore the efficiency of indigenous innovation regarding the aerospace industry in China, this paper discusses the empirical research into the performance of indigenous innovation in twenty one districts in China from 1995 to 2010, based on the three-stage DEA-Windows model. The results show that the efficiency of industrial indigenous innovation can be measured more accurately by ruling out the influences of environmental variables and random disturbance factors. Moreover, there are four patterns of the efficiency of indigenous innovation of the aerospace industry in China, revealed by the structure characteristics which are shown in the re-sults of the clustering analysis. In addition, the efficiency of indigenous innovation of the aerospace industry in every district is a central feature of σ convergence.
