目的 观察维拉帕米和阿苯哒唑单独及联合用药治疗小鼠继发性棘球蚴病后其体内细胞因子的变化. 方法 药物治疗90天后,检测小鼠血清IL-2、IL-10和IgE的含量. 结果 治疗90天后,小鼠血清IL-2、IgE含量与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,IL-10的含量与对照组相比无明显差异. 结论 治疗组IL-2、IgE含量与对照组的明显差异提示,药物治疗后小鼠的免疫力提高,有利于体内虫体的清除.
英文摘要：
Objective Cytokines of cysts of Echinococcus granulosus （C. E） with chemotherapy drugs was investigated. Methods After ninty days＇ treatment, the blood were taken from post eyeball of the mice and dissected. The major indexes included the contents of IL -2,IL - 10 and IgE. Results There were significant statistics different in contents of IL-2 and IgE both treated and control groups （P 〈0, 05）. But the content of IL- 10 between treated and control groups had not significant statistics different. Conclusion The result was revealed the immunity of mice were increased after treatment with drugs and the growth of parasite inhibited.
