This paper mainly describes the C^＊-algebra C^＊ （Cφ,K） generated by the associated composition oper- ators with a special class of linear-fractional symbol and the compact operators. It proves that C^＊ （Cφ,K） possesses a short exact sequence 0 → K（D） →C^＊ （Cφ,K） → Μ2 → 0.
