在四川省九寨沟自然保护区进行硅藻多样性调查时,发现单壳缝目硅藻的5个中国新记录种,隶属于3个属,分别为菲斯特曲丝藻Achnanthidium pfisteri Lange-Bertalot、罗森斯托克曲丝藻Achnanthidium rosenstockii（Lange-Bertalot）Lange-Bertalot、齐格勒片状藻Platessa ziegleri（Lange-Bertalot）Lange-Bertalot、劳恩堡沙生藻Psammothidium lauenburgianum（Hustedt）Bukhtiyarova＆Round和苏格兰沙生藻Psammothidium scoticum Bukhtiyarova＆Round。利用光学显微镜（LM）及扫描电子显微镜（SEM）对这5个种进行了仔细观察,并对其形态分类学特征和生境进行了详细描述。

Based on a diatom diversity investigation in Jiuzhaigou Valley Natural Reserve, five species of Monoraphidales （Bacillariophyta） are reported as new records in China, namely Achnanthidium pfisteri Lange-Bertalot, Achnanthidium rosenstockfi （ Lange-Bertalot ） Lange- Bertalot, Platessa ziegleri （Lange-Bertalot） Lange-Bertalot, Psammothidium lauenburgianum （Hustedt） Bukhtiyarova ＆ Round, and Psammothidium scoticum Bukhtiyarova ＆ Round. The microstructures of these five species were observed using LM and SEM, and their taxonomic characters and habitats were described here in detail.
