The current cell wall-breaking method of pollen was reviewed in China, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were com- pared. The domestic and international views about pollen cell wall-broken method was analyzed and summarized. The current research situation of domestic bee pollen products was summarized and the problems that need to pay attention in the process of developing pollen products were pro- posed. The research and development of bee pollen in the future was prospected.
