围绕科技发展、环境保护、社会发展、资源承载和经济发展5个子系统构建了金属矿产资源基地的可持续发展综合评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法和全排列多边形综合图示法建立了金属矿产资源基地的可持续发展能力及环境保护能力对其影响的综合评价模型,最后通过湖南柿竹园有色金属公司的数据,对该方法的有效性进行了验证。
This paper tries to select 5 categories index based on resource,economic development,environmental protection,social development and technological development to build a complex index system to evaluate the sustainable development ability of metal mineral bases.It constructs the model to evaluate the level of sustainable development ability of bases and the impact of environmental protection using PCA and Full Permutation Polygon Synthesis.In the end,this paper analyzes this new method with the data of Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metals Company.
