动脉搭桥手术是一种常见的血管类疾病治疗方法,其中搭桥的角度对于血液流场和剪应力分布影响巨大。针对此类手术中不同的血管搭桥角度对血流及血管的影响做了计算机模拟分析,可以定量化对手术进行预测。方法是依据流体的物理守恒建立方程,并建立模型作为边界条件,采用有限体积等数值计算方法,对其中血液的流动情况做出科学计算,从而求解出血液流动详细分布情况。模拟结果表明不同搭桥角度对血流影响不同继而引发不同的生理过程。此外对尝试使用的S型搭桥进行了数值模拟分析,表明此方式下血流情况较佳,可作为手术的借鉴。
Coronary bypass have been widely used in vascular surgery and the geometry of the bypass has a strong influence on the flow pattern and WSS distribution.This article simulated the distal End-To-Side bypass using different anastomotic angles.It can be used to pre-evaluate result of surgery.The major method including establish equation of physical conservation and numerical computation using finite volume method.The exactly flow pattern can be resolved as a result.Additionally,a new kind of S-type bypass are analyzed and its simulation proved of its superiority.It can be used as a source of reference.
