目的探讨团体疗法模式在痛风患者健康教育的作用。方法选取2013年2月至2014年2月在顺德桂洲医院内分泌科治疗的痛风患者共160例,按随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用传统的一般护理宣教,实验组采用团体疗法模式。对两组患者进行依从性行为、血尿酸、身体质量指数(BMI)以及患者满意度测评。结果在患者依从性行为5个方面,宣教前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。宣教后,实验组均明显优于宣教前(P〈0.05),对照组除情绪控制外其他均明显优于宣教前(P〈0.05);宣教后,实验组除常规用药和定期检查外其他均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。宣教后,两组比较血尿酸、BMI两个指标和患者满意度,实验组均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论团体疗法模式在痛风患者健康教育中较传统的一般的护理宣教在患者依从性、指标改善、患者满意度等方面优势明显。
Objective To investigate group therapy model of health education for patients with gout. Methods A total of 160 patients with gout treated in endocrinology department of Guizhou Hospital of Shunde District from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 patients in each. After traditional health education for the control group and group therapy model health education for the observation group,the patients' compliance with doctors,goutrelated indicators such as blood uric acid and body mass index( BMI),and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in compliance with doctors between the two groups before the health education( P〈 0. 05). After the health education,the scores of five single items on compliance with doctors of the observation group were significantly improved( P〈 0. 05); in the control group,the scores of each item were also significantly improved( P〈 0. 05)except the item of emotion control( P〉 0. 05); all the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P〈 0. 05) except the item of regular drug-taking and regular health examination; BUA,BMI and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion For the gout patients,group therapy model health education is better than traditional health education in scores of compliance with doctors,improvements of gout-related indicators,and satisfaction degree of the patients.
