On the basis of the coagulation and summarization of the achievements made in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening-up,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party has innovatively put forward XI Jinping＇s thought of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,accurately judged and positioned the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has also re-expressed the principal social contradiction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,perfectly expanded the new connotation of the construction goal and scientifically planed the new journey for the constructing of modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
