目的观察应用温和灸、穴位推按及中药外敷等三联法防治脑病术后尿潴留的疗效为目的。方法选取九江市中医医院脑病科2014年4月—2016年4月期间住院行全麻手术治疗的病人240例进行研究,按照随机分组原则将收治的患者分为两组,治疗组120例,采用艾条灸配合中药外敷及按摩治疗;对照组120例,给予传统物理热敷法治疗。观察2组患者在手术后1 h内分别经2组不同治疗后发生尿潴留的例数及其治疗有效率。结果治疗组120例患者中共2例患者发生尿潴留,占1.7%,对照组120例患者中共16例发生尿潴留,占13.3%;观察组患者尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%;对照组患者治疗总有效率为86.7%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对于脑病术后的尿潴留应用温和灸等三联法和护理措施,能够减低尿潴留的发生率,临床价值显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the application of moxibustion, acupoint pressing and external application of Chinese medicine triple method for preventing and treating encephalopathy postoperative urinary retention. Methods From encephalopathy department of the Jiujiang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine between April 2014 and April 2016 hospitalized surgery performed under general anesthesia for 240 patients were studied. In accordance with the principle of randomization in our hospital, they were divided into two groups. 120 cases in the treatment group used the moxa stick moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine and massage therapy.The control group of 120 cases was given the traditional physical heat treatment. The number of cases in the two groups of patients within 1 hour after operation respectively by two different groups and the incidence of urinary retention and therapeutic effect were observed. Results In the treatment group of 120 patients, 2 cases had urinary retention, accounted for 1.7 %. In the control group of120 cases, 16 cases had urinary retention, accounted for 13.3%. The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95 %and 86.7%, respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of mild moxibustion and other triple methods and nursing measures for the treatment of urinary retention after brain surgery can reduce the incidence of urinary retention, and clinical value is significant. It is worth promoting.
