基于生命周期评价方法,采用GaBi4.3软件分析了生产1kg普通钢材过程中的物料消耗、能源消耗以及时环境的排放,并利用软件提供的CML2001方法评价了生产过程中造成的环境影响。分析结果表明:能源消耗是造成环境影响的主要因素;水循环利用率低造成大量淡水资源浪费;生产过程中产生的主要环境影响为温室效应和环境酸化。
Based on the methodology of life cycle assessment, using GaBi 4.3 to analyze the material and energy consumption and environmental emissions during production of 1 kg steel, and CML2001 method provided by GaBi 4.3 was used to perform environmental impact assessment of steel production. The results indicated that the energy consumption was the largest environment burden for steel production; the water consumption was high due to low water recycling rate; the main environmental impact of production were Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Acidification Potential(AP).
