运用工业代谢分析方法对某农药化学工业园能源代谢系统进行量化分析.结果表明:提升能源转化水平、改善能源利用效率是优化该工业园能源系统的2个有效途径,可减少能源代谢过程中的资源消耗与环境压力.进一步根据能源代谢模型量化分析得出,提升工业园热电厂运行水平,达到供热煤耗O.043t/GJ,供电煤耗4.538t/(10^4kW·h)(2004年江苏省平均水平),将较2005年水平减少原煤消耗35.31%;将能源利用水平较低企业的电力利用效率和蒸汽利用效率分别提高到园区平均水平(58.01%和63.84%),可较2005年水平减少原煤消耗2.5%左右.
This paper conducts the IMA for the energy metabolism system of a pesticide-chemical industrial park. The results show that energy conversion technology improvement and energy utilizing efficiency increase are the main approaches to optimize the energy system of the pesticide-chemical industrial park, so as to reduce the resource consumption and relieve the environmental pressure induced by its energy metabolism. According to the model, if the energy utilization efficiency of the thermal power plant in the park can achieve the average level of Jiangsu Province in 2004 (coal consumption of heat supply: 0.043 t/GJ, coal consumption of power supply: 4.538 t/(10^4 kW'h), the raw coal consumption of the pesticide-chemical industrial park could be 35.31% lower than the 2005 level. On the other hand, utilization efficiency improvement of both power and steam in industries of low energy utilization efficiency to the average level of the park (58.01% and 63.84 % ) could reduce the raw coal consumption by 2.5 % as compared with 2005.
