英文摘要：

It is necessary to research the appropriate scale size for the development of modern tobacco agriculture.Therefore,from the micro level the objectives of this article are to survey cultivation data of tobacco farmers by the scientific methods,to evaluate the planting scale efficiency of tobacco farmers of different scale ranges by Data Envelopment Analysis method,to reveals the relationship of the tobacco-planting scale and the efficiency.The main conclusion and suggestion： tobacco farmer should be actively guided to choose best moderate scale of planting by the standard of efficient scale;tobacco farmer should be guided scientifically planting with respecting to willingness of farmer and improving the planting scale efficiency;different areas must regular evaluate efficient scale as a moderate scale of local standards.
