以碱激发的脱镁硼泥为原料,通过浆料发泡法在1 050℃烧结得到孔隙率高、密度低、强度高和保温隔热性能好的新型泡沫材料,确定了其最佳制备工艺条件。考察了碱激发过程对泡沫材料的影响,并且对泡沫剂对材料性能的影响进行了详细分析。通过调节泡沫加入量,材料的显气孔率、吸水率、容重、抗压强度和导热系数可分别达到75%、115%、0.625 g/cm3、6.5 MPa和0.186 6 W/(m.K)。
A new type of sintered foam materials have been prepared by magnesium-removal boron sludge which was alkali-activated as the raw material at 1 050 ℃.And the optimum technology conditions was defined.The product has some speci?c properties such as high porosity,low density,high mechanical strength and low thermal conductivity.The effect of alkali activation on magnesium-removal boron sludge was also studied.And the influence of foam dosage on the performance of the foam material was investigated.By adjusting the foam dosage,the porosity,water absorption,apparent density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the foam materials can be reached to 75%,115%,0.625 g/cm3,6.5 MPa and 0.186 6 W/(m.K).
