肉桂油对大鼠内分泌-免疫系统的影响

目的:探讨肉桂挥发油对正常大鼠内分泌系统及免疫系统的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠40只,设为正常对照组、肉桂油大、中、小剂量组(600、400、200mg/kg)4组,持续给药7d后,取胸腺、脾脏,计算脏器指数;腹主静脉取血,分离血清,全自动生化仪检测血清IgM、IgG、C3、C4含量,放免法检测血清T3、T4、TSH、CORT、E2、T等指标含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,给药组动物胸腺指数降低,脾脏指数有降低趋势;血清T3、T4、E2、IgM、IgG降低;CORT、C3、C4明显升高;T呈降低趋势;TSH变化不明显。结论:肉桂油可以使正常大鼠内分泌、免疫系统出现紊乱,能抑制甲状腺轴、性腺轴,兴奋肾上腺轴,对免疫系统有一定的抑制。肉桂油给予正常大鼠可以在一定程度上模拟阴虚病理模型。

英文摘要:

Objective:To observe the effect of Oleum Cinnamomi on endocrine and immune system in normal rats.Methods:40 Male Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were divided into four groups randomly:normal control group and Oleum Cinnamomi treated groups at dose of 600,400,200mg/kg.Oleum Cinnamomi was given by intragastric administration daily for a week period.Thymus and spleen were removed and weighted,and then calculated the index.Blood samples were collected from abdominal vein.IgM,IgG,C3,C4 in serum were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and T3,T4,TSH,CORT,E2,T were measured by radio-immunity.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the indexes of thymus and spleen of the Oleum Cinnamomi treated groups were decreased.The levels of T3,T4,E2,IgM,IgG were significantly decreased,while the levels of CORT,C3,C4 were significantly increased in Oleum Cinnamomi treated groups.The other parameters were not changed significantly.Conclusion:Oleum Cinnamomi can influence the endocrine and immune systems,the thyroid gland and gonad axis was inhibited,while the adrenal axis was stimulated,the immune system was inhibited.The vital status of the Oleum Cinnamomi treated groups was similar to the human condition of yin deficiency to some extent.
