目的采用饮食诱导法分别建立鹌鹑及大鼠高尿酸血症模型,观察模型的发病过程,比较2种模型的病理特征。方法 20只雄性迪法克鹌鹑随机分为正常组鹌鹑、模型组鹌鹑,正常组给予普通鹌鹑饲料,模型组鹌鹑给予高嘌呤饲料;20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组大鼠、模型组大鼠,正常组大鼠给予普通大鼠饲料,模型组大鼠给予高果糖饲料:检测各组动物的血清尿酸、三酰甘油、血糖水平及相关代谢酶活性。结果各组动物体质量呈自然增长趋势。模型组鹌鹑血清尿酸水平显著升高,造模后期血清三酰甘油水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血清三酰甘油水平显著升高,造模后期血清尿酸水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论高嘌呤及高果糖饲料可成功建立高尿酸血症并高甘油三酯血症动物模型。鹌鹑及大鼠高尿酸并高甘油三酯血症模型的病理表现及相关代谢酶变化不尽相同,可根据研究需要选择动物模型。
Objective To compare the pathological differences of quail and rat hyperuricemia and complication models .Methods Model quails were fed with purine-rich diet .Model rats were fed with high fructose diet .Serum uric acid , triglyceride , glucose and metabolic enzymes including xanthine oxidase , hepaticlipase and lipoprotein lipase were detected .Results There was no differe-nce of body weight between groups ( P<0.05 ) .Serum uric acid levels were increased in purine-rich diet induced quail model , and triglyceride levels were increased in later period ( P<0.05 ) .Serum triglyceride levels were increased in high fructose diet induced rat model , uric acid levels were in-creased in later period ( P<0.05 ) .Serum xanthine oxidase activities were increased in quail model . Serum hepatic lipase activities were decreased in rat model .Conclusion Purine-rich diet and high fructose diet can induce quail or rat hyperurcemia combined with hypertriglyceridimia .There are some differences of the pathological features between the two animal models .
