目的 建立鹌鹑清醒状态下舌体图像采集方法及基于计算机的数字化定量分析方法,为中医药基础理论和中药药理机制研究奠定基础.方法 应用数码相机采集正常鹌鹑清醒状态舌体图像,运用Image-Pro Plus图像分析软件不规则曲线工具分别检测鹌鹑舌体及标准24色色卡的色调(H)、饱和度(S)、光强度(Ⅰ)、红色(R)、绿色(G)、蓝色(B)分值,并计算红色度(r)、绿色度(g)、蓝色度(b)的色度分值,统计舌体面积、红舌面积及红色舌面积比.结果 成功检测了12只鹌鹑在40、50、60、70、80日龄的标准色卡HIS色度空间值、RGB色彩向量值及rgb分值,其中红色度(r)及红舌面积比与人视觉观察较为一致,并能反映鹌鹑舌象的红色程度.各指标的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%,说明摄像条件及分析过程稳定性、重复性较好.结论 成功建立了鹌鹑清醒状态下舌象检测方法,实现了鹌鹑在无损伤、清醒状态下的舌象的标准化、数字化定量分析.该方法可用于动态跟踪鹌鹑的舌象变化,对鹌鹑的证候分型判断具有一定的参考价值.
Objective To establish a image acquisition method of quail tongue while awake and a digital quantification method based on computer technology,which would lay foundation for research on basic theories of TCM and pharmacological mechanism of Chinese medicinal.Methods Tongue images of healthy quails while awake were collected by using digital camera.Tongue images and standard 24 color cards were analyzed by using Image-Pro Plus software.Scores of hue (H),saturation (S),intensity (Ⅰ),red (R),green (G) and blue (B) were extracted from images,and values of red intensity (r),green intensity (g) and blue intensity (b) were calculated.Tongue area,red tongue area and red tongue area ratio were also analyzed by using software.Results Relative standard deviation (RSD) of HIS color space,RGB color vector and values of rgb were all less than 10% in different periods.Imaging conditions and analysis process had sound stability and reproducibility.Scores of HIS color space and RGB color vector,and values of rgb were successfully detected in tongue images of quails.The results of red intensity and red tongue area were consistent to those of human visual observations,and reflected red degree of quail tongue manifestation.Conclusion In this study a method to detect tongue manifestation of quails while awake is successfully built up,which makes standardization analysis and digital quantitative analysis possible with advantage of non-invasion.This method can be used to follow the dynamic changes of quail tongue manifestation and provide certain reference for diagnosing symptom types of quails.
