Human beings are considered as an undivided part of nature. In the natural environment, the factor of climate influences and restricts the health status of human beings. This paper sorts the basic terms about climate, weather, etc. According to their meanings and relative documents, it studies how the climate influences the diseases in the field of western medicine and pathophysiological status in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. It is then concluded that this subject requires further studies on the influences of the relative detailed parameters of climate factor on health status, as well as the data acquisition method.
