中文摘要:

目的:将中医核心辨证思维规律引入健康管理领域,发挥中医药在健康评估和健康干预方面的优势。方法:在系统整理中医病证诊断知识规则库的基础上,采用vs2005+ACCESS或SQL SERVER 2005开发完成以证素辨证为核心辨识模型的中医健康管理系统。结果:系统具有1宏、中、微三观健康状态表证参数采集;2人机结合半自动化中医证素、证型、疾病三层诊断;3药膳、食疗、膏方等自助干预方案自动寻优模糊匹配;4生成个性化健康状态评估及干预报告等功能。结论:基于证素辨证模型的中医健康管理系统的研发完成,为具有中医特色的健康档案的采集、管理、数据积累等创造了条件,亦为进一步开展中医健康状态演变规律、兼杂规律、证素辨识模型算法等研究奠定了基础。

英文摘要:

Objective: To introduce the core thought of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome elements differentiation thinking into the field of health management, and to exploit the TCM advantages in terms of health assessment and interventions. Methods: Based on the systematical arrangement of knowledge rule bases of TCM diagnosis for diseases and syndromes, vs2005 and ACCESS or SQL SERVER 2005 database management and other technologies were adopted to develop a TCM health management system with syndrome elements differentiation as the core identification model. Results:'The generated system had realized the following functions: ①Gathering health status characterization parameters from macro, medium and micro levels; ②Semi-automatically diagnosis from three layers of syndrome element, syndrome type and disease through the man-machine combination; ③Automatic optimization and fuzzy matching for self-help intervention programs such as medicated diet, dietary therapy and cream formula; ④Generating personalized health assessment and intervention reports. Conclusion: The achievement of developing TCM health management system bases on the syndrome elements differentiation model, not only creates conditions for the collection, management and data accumulation of health archives with TCM characteristics, but also lays the foundation for further research in evolution and miscellaneous rules of TCM health status, and algorithm modifications of syndrome elements identification model.
