Objective To study the analysis of drug law in Chong Ling Medical Record. Methods To standardize the basic terms in traditional Chinese medicine in medical records, using the method of cluster analysis and association rules mining analysis on drug law. Results The results of clustering： C1（radices paeoniae alba, angelica, astragalus, lgusticum wallichii）; C2（licorice, ginger, cassia twig）; C3（monkshood, ginseng, bupleurum root, rhubarb）; C4（Poria cocos, tangerine pith,semen coicis, fritillaria cirrhosa, radices trichosanthis, Pinellia ternata, fructus hordei germinates, pericarpium citri reticulatae,Mangnolia officinalis, armeniaca dulcis）.
