Through sorting and analyzing symptoms, Chinese medicine, pathogenesis, and treatment of 15 basis in CHEN Shiduo Differentiation Memoir, The Stroke, summarize the CHEN differentiation characteristics for the treatment of damper. CHEN think pathogenesis of stroke is given priority to ＂endogenous wind＂, mainly disease transmission, qi-hlood disturbance and imbalance of Yin and Yang, and advocates to treat with replenishing method, and use medicine refinedly and accurately. The using of Lateral root of Aconite has reference significance.
