This paper analyzes the individual and environmental factors influencing users＇ learning behavior in the process of information search. And it studies the learning mechanism of scientech database users based on the model of Roth-Erev reinforcement learning, and designs controllable experiment to analyze quantitatively the influence of these factors on database users＇ information search behavior. Based on experiment results and analysis,it proposes some new strategies for improving database products.
