主要依据班杜拉社会学习理论,选取大二学生为主体并构造榜样信息进行观察学习的实验研究。结果表明,处于观察学习环境的用户能够从外界环境获取信息进行学习,其替代性强化学习特征明显;在参考榜样信息的基础上,用户同时也依据自身检索结果调整检索策略,以尽快学会最优的检索策略。此外,场依存用户相比较更容易吸收外界干预信息进行学习,场独立用户则更倾向于重视自身经验进行学习。此研究可为有针对性地对不同学习者设计帮助系统提供参考。
Based on Bandura' s social learning theory, with sophomores being selected as experiment subjects, the authors construct prototypes to carry out the experimental study of observational learning. The results indicate that users in the observational learning environment would obtain information from the external environment for learning, and the characteristics of alternative reinforcement learning are obvious ; On the basis of referencing to the information of prototypes, users also adjustment their retrieval strategies through their previous retrieval outcomes simultaneously. In addition, the field dependent users are more inclined to absorb invironmental information for learning compared to the field independent users who prefer to attach importance to their own learning experiences, which has provided a reference for how to design different systems for targeted learners.
