研究用户偏好,对争取拥有更多的忠诚用户具有重要意义。首先运用偏好理论分析信息用户偏好的形成过程和改变现象,在理论分析的基础上,设计问卷进行用户偏好调研,对数据库偏好现状、偏好形成原因、偏好对忠诚的影响等情况进行分析。最后,基于偏好改变理论提出了信息用户偏好控制的途径。
It is of great meaning to investigate information users' preference for having more and more loyalty users. Firstly, the article analyzes the forming process and changing phenomena. Based on theory, we design questionnaire to investigate users' preference actuality, how preference is formed, and how preference influence loyalty. At last, several suggestions to control users' performance are proposed.
