设备管理是制造执行系统的重要组成部分,针对传统设备管理模型中的设备可替代问题,在研究了设备管理描述的复杂性和测度方法的基础上,根据设备资源的特点,将蚂蚁算法引入设备调度模型。在改进的模型中,运用模糊聚类方法解决了基准设备特征参数和加工能力相似设备的可替代问题,为制造执行系统环境下的设备调度提供了依据。仿真结果表明:该模型可以有效地解决铜产品生产中制造设备调度问题,具有较好的实用性。
The quipment management is an important aspect of manufacturing execution systems.As for the problems of replacement in traditional equipment management model,ant algorithm is introduced in the scheduling model equipment on the basis of complexity and measurement of the description of device management,according to the characteristics of equipment resources.In the improved model,fuzzy clustering methods are used to solve the problems of baseline parameters and the alternative among the similar processing capacity of equipment,which provides the basis for equipment scheduling in MES environment.The results of simulation show that this algorithm can effectively solve the scheduling problem during the copper processing with the better practicality.
