随着集装箱运输船舶的超大型化,多数在役岸边集装箱起重机起升高度将无法适应新的需求,为适应当前形势并节约码头改造成本,文中对天津港岸边集装箱起重机液压顶升加高方法进行研究,对加高后的岸边集装箱起重机安全性及提升系统的安全性进行充分研究,给出了液压提升加高过程,改造方法合理、有效且安全、经济。
With the extra-large container transport ship, most in-service quayside container cranes cannot meet the new demand in respect to the height of the hydraulic jack. To adapt to the current situation and save the wharf reconstruction cost, the paper studies the hydraulic jack heightening method for the quayside container crane at Tianjin Port, analyzes the safety of the heightened quayside container crane and the lifting system, and describes heightening process of the hydraulic jack. The improvement method is reasonable, effective, safe, and economically-efficient.
