随着新生代群体的大量出现,中国的代际差异及其带来的管理问题成为了一个重要研究领域。目前国内对代际差异的研究主要集中在对新生代群体价值观和个体特征的探讨上,而在新生代产生的社会历史背景、代际间价值观差异的比较和应对代际差异带来的人力资源多元化问题的管理对策等方面的研究还比较薄弱。针对这一情况,本文首先对代际差异理论进行了简要介绍,之后评述了国外在代群划分、代际差异比较的定量研究方法等方面的研究进展,随后分析了国内研究现状,最后指出了该领域的未来研究方向。
Witth Chinese new generations emerging, many scholars and managers pay close attentions to the generational different and the management problems it causing. Now the main portion of generational difference studies in China is on the traits and values of new generations, while there are not enough study on other import areas, such as the social history background of new generations, the quantitative researches of generational difference and the HRM theory for the HR diversity problems caused by generational difference. For solving these problems, this article introduces the generational difference theory in the first, and then elaborates the classification means of generational cohort and compares the efforts of different kinds of quantitative methods in overseas studies, analyses the situation of generational difference researches in China, and in the last give the advices for future studies.
