摘要:在经济全球化的当今,人力资源多样化的趋势不可避免,由此带来一系列管理问题。如何对人力资源多样化进行有效管理成为学术界和企业界亟需解决的难题。而解决这一难题的关键在于厘清人力资源多样化的影响。为此,首先对人力资源多样化影响的相关研究进行了回顾;并在此基础之上提出了人力资源多样化影响的路径框架,揭示出人力资源多样化是通过个体、群体、组织及三者交互作用的路径影响企业的日常运行;最后总结了研究结论与不足,并提出了未来研究方向。
With the economic globalization nowadays, the trend of human resource diversity is inevitable, which re- suits in a series of management problems. How to manage human resource diversity effectively becomes an apo- ria that both in the academic and practice fields which should be solved. It is essential to clarify the effects of human resource diversity. By reviewing the related researches on human resource diversity, this paper further pro- posed an impact pathway framework, revealed that human resource diversity impact enterprise's operation by the paths of individual, group and organization, as well as their interaction. Finally, this paper summarized the re- search conclusions, limits, and the future research directions
