Depressive disorder is associated with the incidence of breast cancer development and prognosis. This paper sum-marizes the view of the ancient physicians and modern scholars on the occurrence of liver depression and breast cancer develop- ment and disease differentiation therapy to analyze the relationship between emotional factors and breast cancer and explore the molecular mechanisms of TCM intervention from the immunosuppressive cells point of view. Liver depression is the basic patho-genesis and the regulation of immune suppression is the molecular mechanism of Chinese medicine in the incidence of breast cancer development with method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen.
