希罗达作为一种方便服用且疗效确切的口服抗肿瘤药物,临床已广泛应用于乳腺及消化道恶性肿瘤的治疗中。但其剂量累积性的不良反应——手足综合征,一直困扰着临床医生与患者。手足综合征对肿瘤患者虽不会造成生命危害,但却严重影响肿瘤患者的日常生活及生活质量,甚至影响肿瘤化疗方案的进行。中医药在抗肿瘤治疗中起到越来越重要的作用,尤其在放化疗中的增效减毒作用,越来越受到关注。文章对中医药治疗手足综合征的不同方式进行简要概述。

英文摘要：

Capecitabine, as a convenient, effective and orally administered anti-cancer drug, has been widely applied in the treatment of breast and gastrointestinal malignancies. But its adverse reaction as hand-foot syndrome caused by accumulated dose has plagued clinicians and patients. Although hand-foot syndrome in cancer patients does not cause any harm to life, but it influences patients＇ daily life and quality of life seriously, and it even affects the chemotherapy regimens. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） plays a more and more important role in antitumor therapy, especially the synergy and attenuation of TCM applied in the radiotherapy and chemotherapy has attracted more and more attention. This paper is a brief overview about different TCM therapies applied in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome.
