自我评价是组织识别自身优势及改进区域、追求持续改进的一种重要手段,自评模型的合理使用是确保自评结果有效性的关键。通过对自评过程中组织学习特点的研究,建立了基于组织学习的动态自评模型,并对动态模型的结构进行了分析。提出了动态模型得以有效应用的五个主要因素。
Serf-assessment is an important approach that can be used to identify the strengths and key areas for improvement and to pursue for continuing improvement. The rational use of assessment model is the key to assure the validity of self-assessment results. This paper constructs a dynamic model based on organizational learning by studying the characteristics of learning in self-assessment, and analyzes the structure of the dynamic model. Finally, five factors are proposed so as to apply this dynamic model effectively.
