英文摘要：

With the collaborative development of scientific innovation,the implementation of technological innovation information service mashup for scientific collaboration which have multi innovators participants,meets the requirements of cross-system resources integration,and promotes the ability and the efficiency of scientific technological innovation.This paper focuses on the scientific innovation requirements in the technological innovation,discusses the mashup objects from the perspectives of information integration service,patent and standard service,reference service and project collaborative management service,respectively.This paper also constructs the cross-system technological innovation service mashup platform,and explains the technical implementation way of the cross-system service mashup utilizing Yahoo!Pipes.
