[目的/意义]文章旨在探究高校科研工作者引文行为的影响因素及其内在作用机理,对提升科研质量、完善引文服务具有积极意义。[方法/过程]从认知反应和情感反应的双重视角出发,在整合“态度多组分模型”和“情感负荷理论”的基础上提出研究假设并构建理论模型。以10多所高校正在进行科研任务的80余个科研团队为样本,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式收集了272份有效问卷,并利用Smart PLS 2.0对模型进行检验。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,感知文献内在质量(准确性、相关性、可理解性和及时性)显著促进科研工作者对文献的认知反应,感知文献外在质量(机构声誉、期刊声誉和作者声誉)显著促进情感反应;认知反应和情感反应均正向促进引文意愿;认知反应和引文意愿均正向促进引文行为,但情感反应对引文行为无显著影响。[局限]较少考虑研究对象的情景因素对其行为的影响,例如感知任务紧迫、领导支持等因素。
[ Purpose/significance] This article aims to explore the influencing factors and the inner mechanism of college researchers' citation behaviour, which is of positive significance to promote research quality and improve citation management. [ Method/process ] From the perspectives of cognitive and affective responses, the paper proposes research hypotheses and a theoretical model by integrating multi-component model of attitudes and affective load theory. More than 80 research teams undertaking research missions from over 10 colleges are selected as research samples. By using situational experiment and questionnaire interview, this research obtains 272 valid questionnaires. SmartPLS 2. 0 is applied to test hypotheses and the model. [ Result/conclusion ] Results show that perceived intrinsic qualities of literatures ( accuracy, relevance, understandability and immediacy) significantly affect researchers' cognitive response. Perceived external qualities (journal reputation, institution reputation and scholar reputation) have obvious impact on affective response. Both the cognitive and affective responses have positive impacts on citation intention, while only the cognitive and citation intention can affect the real citation behaviour. [ Limitations ] The influence of situational factors of research subjects on their behaviors, such as perceived mission tense, leader support and so on are less considered.
