The collaboration development of innovation in industrial cluster, which is a regional open-sys- tem for supporting and creating innovation, has become a main trend currently. For reveling the collaboration evolution mechanism of industrial cluster, this paper discusses the theory meaning of the collaboration in in- dustrial cluster innovation from the perspectives of ecology, physics and economic management.
