针对传统双频率控制技术应用于电感电流连续导电模式开关变换器时存在的电感电流和输出电压低频波动问题,在介绍该技术控制原理的基础上,建立了输出电容储能迭代模型.利用该模型揭示了一个开关周期内电感储能变化量不为零是产生低频波动现象的根本原因。为解决此问题.通过将电感电流信息引入反馈控制环路.提出并研究了峰值电流型固定关断时间双频率控制技术.分析了该技术的工作原理和低频波动现象抑制机理。通过与传统双频率控制技术进行仿真和实验对比研究.结果表明峰值电流型固定关断时间双频率控制方法能够有效抑制低频波动现象的发生。
Aiming at the low-frequency oscillation of inductor current and output voltage existing in traditional hi-frequency controlled switching converter operating in continuous conduction mode,the principle of bi-frequency technology is introduced and the energy iterative model of output capacitor is established, which reveals that,it is the non-zero total energy stored in inductor covering a complete switching period that causes the low-frequency oscillation. To solve the problem,the inductor current is fed into the control loop and the constant off-time hi-frequency control in peak-current mode is proposed,which is investigated in the operating principle and oscillation suppression. Simulative and experimental results show that, compared with the traditional hi-frequency control,the proposed method suppresses the low-frequency oscillation more effectively.
