电容电流脉冲序列(CC-PT)控制技术能解决占空比小于0.5时输出电压的低频振荡问题.但当占空比大于0.5时,低频振荡问题难以克服。在CC-PT的基础上,提出一种滞环CC-PT(HCC-PT)控制技术。HCC-PT通过在控制环路中加入电容电流的谷值限流环,抑制了CC-PT控制开关变换器在占空比大于O.5时所产生的低频振荡现象。分析了CC-PT控制Buck变换器在占空比大于0.5时低频振荡的产生机理。阐述了HCC-PT控制Buck变换器的工作原理,分析了其工作特性。理论分析及实验结果表明,HCC-PT控制在继承了CC-PT控制瞬态响应快的优点的同时,解决了CC-PT控制Buck变换器在占空比大于0.5时的低频振荡问题。扩大了输入范围。提高了变换器的稳态性能。
Capacitor current pulse train(CC-PT) control can eliminate the low-frequency oscillation when the duty ra- tio of the converter is smaller than 0.5 ,while this control technique is invalid when the duty ratio is larger than 0.5. A hysteretic capacitor current pulse train (HCC-PT) control technique for switching DC/DC converters is proposed, based on the CC-trl" control technique.A vally current loop is added in the HCC-PT control to eliminate the low-fre- quency oscillation and limit the output voltage ripple.The low-frequency oscillation mechanism of CC-PT controlled CCM Buck converter with the duty ratio which is larger than 0.5 is studied.And the operating principle of HCC-PT controlled Buck converter is also presented.The operation characters of HCC-PT controlled Buck converter are ana- lyzed.Theoretic analysis and experimental results show that HCC-PT control can eliminate the low-frequency oscillation effectively and benefits from fast transient response wide input voltage rang and high reliability.
