当二次型Boost变换器的两个电感均工作于连续导电模式时,其控制-输出传递函数含有三个右半平面零点和两个谐振峰值点,增加了其控制环路补偿器的设计难度。本文提出了三态伪连续导电模式二次型Boost变换器,其输入电感L1工作于连续导电模式,中间电感L2工作于伪连续导电模式,从而获得一个额外的控制自由度,并实现两个控制环路的相互独立控制,既降低了控制环路补偿器的设计难度,又提高了变换器对负载变化的动态响应速度。最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
When two inductors of quadratic Boost converter operate in continuous conduction mode( CCM),its control-to-output transfer function has three right-half plane( RHP) zeroes and two high resonances peaks,which increase the difficulty to design the compensator of control loop. This paper proposes a novel tri-state pseudo continuous conduction mode( PCCM) quadratic Boost converter,its input inductor L1 operates in CCM,and its middle inductor L2 operates in PCCM,which provides an additional degree of control-freedom,the two control loops were controlled independently. It can not only simplify the design of the compensator of control loop,but also improve the load transient response. At last,the experimental results are provided to verify the theoretical analysis results.
