通过合成工艺过程危险有害因素的辨识和分析,运用道化学公司火灾爆炸危险指数评价方法对某厂尿素合成生产工艺过程进行火灾爆炸危险性分析和综合评价,得到了火灾爆炸指数、危险等级、危险暴露面积以及实际可能财产损失程度等指数;并在此基础上提出了事故预防的安全技术对策措施。分析计算结果表明,该尿素合成工艺过程的火灾爆炸指数为168,危险等级为“非常大”,且实际最大可能财产损失高达更换价值的51.2%,超出了可接受的最大可能财产损失。
On the basis of identifying and analyzing harmful risk factors in the urea synthesis production process of a factory, the production process is assessed and analyzed using the Dow chemical company fire and explosion index method. The related indexes are fire and explosion indexes, danger degree before and after safe compensation, dangerous exposure area, and the actual maximum possible property loss. With the help of this information, related safety measures are put forward to eliminate risk and avoid accidents. The result shows that the fire and explosion index of urea synthesis production is 168, which is very high. The actual maximum possible property loss is far beyond acceptable limits.
