通过Moldflow的模流分析优化塑料配重块的成型工艺条件,并根据模流分析结果中收缩变形量的大小和方向,应用Pro/E为配重块设置各向异性收缩率,对模具型腔进行收缩预补偿,可以得到位置精度满足一定精度要求的制品,从而克服了目前注塑成型收缩率预测方法及模具设计时收缩率计算的不足,保证了对塑料配重块的精度要求。
Molding process conditions of plastic balancing weights optimized by Moldflow software. According to the magnitude and direction of contraction deformation from the results of Moldflow software analysis,anisotropie shrinkage of the plastic balancing weights was set by Pro/E software to pre-compensate shrinkage of mold cavity. So the product was highly accurate in dimension that could meet high-accuracy requirements. That overcame the defects of shrinkage prediction methods of injection molding and computation of contraction rate of mold design ,which ensured the accuracy of the products.
