新产品与再制造品生产过程中都有可能产生副产品,竞争各方对于副产品生产与否的选择组合不同,必然对市场结构演化趋势造成不同的影响.为此,研究由一个制造商和一个再制造商组成的再制造供应链系统.对双方是否实施副产品生产的四种市场结构进行建模,得出各模型下的决策变量值及利润值.通过算例分析得到各模型所代表的市场结构之间的演化条件,并得到市场结构演化趋势图.结果表明,当双方生产的副产品的社会评价较高,而且制造商给予再制造商一定的利润补偿时,双方都实施副产品生产的市场结构才较稳定;若实现制造商实施副产品生产且再制造商不实施副产品生产的市场结构,则稳定性最高;制造商不实施副产品生产而再制造商实施副产品生产的市场结构出现的可能性较小,且稳定性最低.
英文摘要：
The production process of new products and remanufacturing products may produce By-Product Production （BPP）.The different choice combinations for BPP of competitive parties are bound to the different evolution trend of market structures.Thus,a product remanufacturing supply chain system which consisted of a manufacturer and a remanufacturer was researched.Four market structures with which manufacturer and remanufacturer adopted BPP were modeled,and the values of decisions and profits were obtained.According to example analysis,the evolution condition between the market structures of each model was obtained,and tendency graph was also got.The result showed that when the social appraisal of BPP was higher and a certain profit compensation was given to remanufacturer by manufacturer,the market structure was more stable; the market structure was the most stable if the manufacturer implemented BPP while the remanufacturer did not.The market structure was the least stable and appears rarely if the remanufacturer implemented BPP while the manufacturer did not.
