长株潭城市群土地生态安全动态评价研究

土地资源是人类赖以生存的资本,由于土地资源的生态安全问题日益被重视,土地资源生态安全评价研究已成为当前土地资源可持续利用研究的前沿课题。以长株潭城市群为例,探讨土地生态安全评价方法,针对长株潭城市群土地资源特点从经济、社会、生态环境3个方面构建区域土地生态安全评价指标体系,鉴于土地生态安全评价的模糊性、不确定性和土地生态安全动态性,将熵值理论与模糊数学理论相结合的土地生态安全动态评价模型进行了实证研究。研究结果表明1999~2007年长株潭城市群的土地生态安全呈现逐渐恶化趋势,目前已经处于不安全等级;同时存在水土协调度、受灾面积成灾率、人口增长率、第三产业占GDP比重、万元GDP能耗等不安全因素,威胁着土地生态安全。

英文摘要:

Land resources is the depending capital of human existence,therefore,more and more problems of ecological safety in land resources are concerned.In view of this,study on ecological security of land resources has become a forefront topic of regional sustainable development,and the assessment of regional land resource eco-security is the core and base of the study on sustainable land use.The paper chose ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations as the research object and discussed the method of the assessment of land ecological security.Based on the characteristics of land eco-system in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations,the paper established the index system of land ecological security from perspectives of economy,society and environment.Considering the illegibility,uncertainty and dynamic characteristics of the security assessment of land ecology,the paper synthetically made use of the entropy theory and the fuzzy mathematical method based on status assessment model and trend analysis model to judge the ecological security degree of land.The results indicated that the ecological security of land resource in Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban agglomerations from 1999 to 2007 years was becoming worse and was in the extremely insecurity degree at present.At the same time,there are some factors that threaten ecological safety,including coordinated degree of soil and water erosion,rate in disaster area,population growth rate,and proportion of tertiary industry in total GDP,energy consumption of GDP of 104 Yuan RMB and so on.So some implementations of water and soil conservation projects,increasing water-saving irrigation equipments,effectively controlling population growth and so on are the key ways to improve land resource ecological security status in ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations.The assessment results could objectively reflect the actual situation in the region.This research develops a vehicle to promote land resource ecological security study,provides a way to establish a practical ass
