The micro-pits of working surface between friction pairs with regular profiles can ameliorate the surface tribological properties, improve the lubrication and wear resisting. Based on the tribological theory, circular micro-pit is designed; Array micro-axis electrodes are manufactured by combined electrical machining; then micro-pits are made by different special micro-machining methods. At last, processing technology is analyzed.
