为了降低磁悬浮轴承的制造成本,提高磁悬浮系统的动态性能,提出了自检测磁悬浮轴承系统。该自检测系统从电磁轴承控制线圈两端提取随位移变化的电感电压(电流)信号,作为反馈信号,构成伪微分反馈(PDF)控制的闭环自检测磁悬浮轴承系统。试验结果表明,该自检测磁悬浮轴承系统具有很强的鲁棒性。
In order to reduce the cost of permanent magnet electric bearing and improve the dynamic performance of the system, a theory that extract the induction voltage(current) changing with the displacement from both ends of the control coil of the magnet electronic bearing was put forward, and then the induction voltage was made as feedback signal to establish a closed-loop self- sensing magnetic suspended bearing system with pseudo-differential feedback(PDF) control. The result of the experiment shows that, the system have good robustness.
