在原始创新的技术转移中,需要保障和提高技术转移效率,其前提是把握影响转移效率的各种因素。在分析原始创新实现模式和技术转移环境的基础上,探讨了一般意义下的技术转移效率影响因素的重要性在原始创新背景下将发生怎样的变化。结果表明,源于原始创新变革性导致的技术需求的不确定性和多样性,变化主要发生在客观因素的静态因素中。
英文摘要：
Analyzing the factors which affecting inter-organization technology transfer efficiency in original innovation is precondition for improving the technology transfer efficiency.Based on the analysis of realization mode and technology transfer context of original innovation, this article discusses how the importance of normal factors changes under original innovation background.The result show that from the original innovation in the technology needs of reflection of uncertainty and diversity, changes mainly occur in static factors.
