以失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span80)、聚乙二醇双油酸酯(PEG400DO)和油酸二乙醇酰胺(ODEA)3种含油酸基表面活性剂分别与煤油进行混溶复配作为捕收剂,对人工氧化煤泥进行浮选试验,测定了复合药剂作用后煤泥的润湿性。浮选试验结果表明:Span80和0DEA分别与煤油混溶复配对氧化煤浮选具有显著的促进作用,而PEG400DO与煤油混溶复配后对煤泥浮选没有影响。主要原因是Span80与煤油,ODEA与煤油的复合捕收剂在煤泥表面吸附,增大了煤泥表面与水的接触角,提高了氧化煤泥表面的疏水性,从而提高了浮选精煤产率和浮选完善度。
Using three oleic-acid-based surfactants (Span80, PEG400DO and ODEA)which respectively mixed with kero- sene as combinative collector, the oxidized coal slime flota- tion test was carried out to study the wettability of oxidized coal under promoting effect of mixed surfactants. The result showed that Span80 and ODEA mixed with kerosene respec- tively improved the flotation while PEG400DO had no effect. The reason was that Span80 and ODEA mixed with kerosene adsorbed on the surface of the slime, increased the contact angles with water, thus improved the hydrophobicity of the oxidized slime, so as to improve the yield of cleancoal and the flotation efficiency.
