为了实现对高灰焦粉的有效利用,本文针对高灰焦粉进行了重力分选与浮选降灰的试验研究。结果表明,利用旋流重选柱水介质分选0.5~3mm焦粉,可以使其灰分从17%降到10.5%以下,产率为80%左右;利用浮选方法分选-0.5mm焦粉,可以使其灰分从20%左右降到10.41%,精焦粉产率可达到80.46%,浮选尾矿灰分为60.92%。研究充分证明了利用重选与浮选降低焦粉灰分的可行性,在此基础上提出了对焦粉进行工业分选的工艺流程。
In order to achieve effective utilization of high-ash coke powder, this paper con- ducted experiments of high-ash coke powder by using heavy separation and flotation. The results showed that ash content of 0.5-3 mm coke powder can be reduced from 17% to -10.5% after separated in a cyclone column separator and the yield is about 80%. The ash content of --0.5 mm coke powder can be reduced from 20% to 10.41% after separated by flotation methods, with a clean coke powder yield of 80.46% and tailings ash of 60.92%. The study has fully proved the fea- sibility of reducing the ash content of coke powder using heavy separation and flotation methods. Based on these results, a technological process on industrial separation of coke powder has been proposed.
