为了解决煤矿选煤厂浮选柱自动化程度低、调整不及时、工人劳动强度大、产品数质量指标稳定性差等问题,提出了基于PLC的浮选柱自动控制系统设计方案。该系统通过PLC实现了对入浮浓度、泡沫层厚度、药剂制度的在线自动控制,以及浮选过程干煤泥处理量、药剂消耗量的统计功能,同时系统能够实现对浮选柱现场运行状况的远程监控。实际使用表明:系统运行稳定、控制效果良好、工人劳动强度降低、产品数质量指标得到明显提高。
Aiming at the untimely adjustment,high labor intensity and unstable product quantity and quality indexes,caused by low level of automation,in flotation column of coal preparation plant,a design scheme of automatic control system of flotation column based on PLC was proposed,realizing the automatic control of floating concentration,foam layer thickness,reagent regime,the statistics of dry slime processing capacity,reagent consumption,and remote monitoring of the flotation column operation status. The practical application showed that,the system was stable and effective,reducing labor intensity,and improving the product quantity and quality indexes.
