为了描述旋流器选煤实际分级曲线,将广义正态分布的变量形式引入Logistic分布,在传统的位置参数和分散参数的基础上引入了偏斜参数,构建了三参数的广义Logistic分布模型。理论推导得出,当偏斜参数分别为负值、零和正值时,广义Logistic分布曲线呈现右偏、对称和左偏三种不同形态;用广义Logistic分布模型拟合旋流器分级数据,其拟合精度高于Plitt模型,多数情况下也高于Lynch模型。本结论证明了广义Logistic分布模型是一个适应性良好和参数意义明确的分级曲线数学模型。
In order to describe the true classification curve of hydrocyclone for coal preparation,the generalized normal distribution variable form was introduced into Logistic distribution,skew parameter was added on the basis of the traditional position parameter and dispersion parameter,a generalized Logistic distribution with three parameters was established.The generalized Logistic distribution curve reveals three different forms,right-skewed,symmetric,left-skewed,when the skew parameter is negative,zero or positive,respectively.The fitting precision of the generalized Logistic distribution model is higher than that of Plitt model,and generally higher than that of Lynch model when fitting classification data of hydrocyclone.The conclusion proved that the generalized Logistic distribution model is a mathematical model of classification curve with good applicability and well-defined parameters.
